Annual Assessments shall become due and payable on June 1st of each year. Payments will be considered late after the 30th of June. On July 1st, a late fee of $25.00 per year in arrears, will be added the remaining balance. Should this account not be settled in 60 days form the original due date, legal action may be taken by the association. 

If you would like to set up a payment plan, please contact the HOA board. Should you not maintain timely payments on your plan, the late fee will be assessed as outlined above and legal action may be taken.
